Customer Testimonial Videos
Online marketers are united about the value of using website customer testimonials. The recommendations of other customers are perhaps the most effective means of establishing the credibility for a company's products or services. You've no doubt seen them, most often signed off with the customer's name or initials or business name.
But how do you know, as a website visitor, if those testimonials are authentic? It's probable that they are, but there's still that seed of doubt that the testimonial is written by an unscrupulous business owner who has tagged them with a made up name. Video testimonials though allow the online viewer to see a real customer telling them their real story of how your business product or service benefited them.
Customer testimonials need not be limited to businesses either. Testimonial videos are great for Not-for-profit organisations, charities, churches, schools etc as well. Just because someone doesn't 'buy' from you it doesn't mean they're not your 'customer'.
To summarise, testimonial videos are perfect for telling unique and powerful stories about the positive impact your business or organisation has had upon the lives of the people you have helped.
