British Heart Foundation

Local business ‘Sugar Plum Fairy’ organised a fashion event to raise money for The British Heart Foundation. As part of an ongoing relationship with the Dorset and South West branch of The British Heart Foundation, Cracking Media covered the event to produce a promotional video for their new web site.

Green Energy Centre

The Green Energy Centre at Ferndown and Christchurch supply and fit new technologies for creating more fuel effecient methods of heating and power saving in our homes and work places. Phil Neale from the Dorset Energy Advisory Centre uses his huge knowledge of this subject to provide an enlightening narration for this production.

CEGA Air Ambulance

CEGA called in Cracking Media to shoot footage of their King Air 200 flying circuits at Bournemouth International Airport. They required the footage for use in a 1min promo/demo video that was to used as an introduction at an award ceremony and also on the CEGA Air Ambulance web site.

We captured a wide range of footage in the couple of hours we spent with the CEGA team and these are some of the general shots of the Air Ambulance action

The King Air 200 is specially kitted out as a patient carrier and can be used for repatriating both the very young and the old.

Twynham 6th Form

Just one of nearly seventy videos produced and directed for Twynham 6th form school in Christchurch, in Bournemouth. This series of videos is being used by Twynham school on the 6th form web site to promote and inform potential students looking to further their education at 6th for level.

Wellington House for Youhome

This promotional video was created using hi-res stills and Hi-def video footage and then put together with a quality voice over and action provoking background music. It completed a very successful sales campaign for a Bournemouth estate agent, who out sold their rivals in this shared agency development by 4 to 1.

WiBN

Just one of the videos produced in partnership with Bournemouthtown for members of the local branch of WiBN.  Two fun days filming on location at a big house in Southbourne near Bournemouth with seventeen ladies all promoting their businesses on video for use on their own websites, youtube and other video sharing sites.

Settlers Beach, Barbados

Very predictable and cheesy, edited to the specifications of the clients for the American market. That said, great beach, great weather and great food… Never let it be said that we don’t listen to our clients.

Cracking Media in Bangladesh

Educational Charity Cementing Futures (www.cementingfutures.org) came to Cracking Meda looking for a complete online web design and video package. This included sending a crew to Bangladesh to get first hand footage that backed up the information that had already been collected by members of Cementing Futures on previous visits. Cementing Futures have links with Soroptimist International of Dhaka and the Nijera Shikhi educational organisation, that go back 12 years, and are trusted partners in the Bangladesh school project. Avro Vulcan XH558

See this footage taken by Cracking Media at the More Bus Bournemouth Air Festival 2009 of the Avro Vulcan bomber XH558. This was the countries main deterrent during the cold war and played a major part in the re-taking of the Falklands in 1982, more than 30yrs after it first flew. This is the last Vulcan flying today and is paid for by public donations. Head over to vulcantothesky.org and see the great work they do.

BOSH at the pier theatre
